All of the staff members were really kind and nice.

The location of the hotel was perfect and good, in the mountains.

Location: the hotel was so close to historic center and the gardens. Café Crisbolo located 1 km away was a nice surprise. We got a twin room, it was new-fashioned. The breakfast was more than adequate, overall food was good!

Pleasant small hotel with clean rooms. Easy check-in, positive employees. Very easy to get from Portimao airport, just 30 km. Really great stay, as always.

The total stay was wonderful in September. The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was more than adequate and marvellous with fresh and tasty food. Location: the venue was next to supermarkets, the beaches and restaurants and the waterside promenade. Popped in Aqui ha Gato Bar for shots before sleep, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

This hotel is a great find! The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood outside the hustle and bustle of the old town. The staff here are amazing, always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a large, cozy bed and a nice private terrace. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a good variety of tasty options. Although I wish they had more fresh fruit, the food is still fresh and satisfying. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely book this hotel again!

We didn't stay at the hotel much because it wasn't very centrally located to Lagos. We moved hotels half-way through our stay to be closer to the beaches and town.

They charge for everything - towels, internet, etc. For a "bed and breakfast" atmosphere we were surprised. Also the restaurant does not have a set menu - you have to order by noon the day of to have dinner. This is difficult when the hotel is so far from town and when on vacation you're not sure if you'll be back in time for dinner.

The hotel is a gem. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room clean and nice, the decor great. Just a great small hotel. We happened to be there for prawn night and had a seven course dinner that was wonderful. We couldn't have been more pleased.

The room we stayed in at this hotel was well-appointed and had a small balcony, perfect for enjoying the view. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast had a great selection of fresh food. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I highly recommend this place for exploring the area, it's a nice hotel and we really enjoyed our stay here. The view we had was absolutely stunning.

Very friendly & heplful staff, good base location to explore South West corner of Portugal, very comfortable communal rooms, pool, slight distance from the beach & town (30 minutes walk, 5 minutes per car), but fantastic value for money

This hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread is fresh and tasty, with many options to choose from.

The hotel is fantastic, only issue was it's a bit outside the town, so no easy access to restaurants aside from the one in the hotel, but don't let that stop you from staying at this little gem.
